35 Yēsous said to them, “I am Life’s bread. The one who comes to me will never hunger and the one who trusts in me will never thirst ever.
41 Therefore, the Youdaians were grumbling about him because he said, “I am the bread that descended from the heaven,” 42 and they were saying, “Is this not Yēsous, Yōsēf ’s [Joseph’s] son, whose father and mother we know? How now does he say that ‘I have descended from the heaven’?”
43 Yēsous responded and said to them, “Do not grumble with one another. 44 No one is able to come to me unless the Father, who sent me, pulls him, and I will raise him up on the Last Day. 45 It’s written in the prophets: All will be God-taught. Everyone who heard and was apprenticed from the Father comes to me— 46 not that someone has seen the Father except the one is with God—this one has seen the Father. 47 This is especially true to say to you: The one who trusts has Era Life. 48 I am Life’s bread. 49 Your ancestors ate manna in the wilderness and they died. 50 This is the bread, the one descending from the heaven so someone eats of it and does not die. 51 I am the bread, the living one, the one who descended from the heaven. If someone eats of this bread the person will live into the Era, and also the bread that I give for the Kosmos’s life is my flesh.”
