Crouch, Yolanda Norton examines violence against especially Black men, young men, and boys in impoverished America through the lens of the Davidic state’s violence against descendants of Saul, including the sons of Rizpah.

Very good post Scot! Since Samuel dubbed Saul at Mizpah perhaps there is a song (rap maybe) playing off of Rizpah and Mizpah.
