Probing Early Church Leadership

What does the NT actually say about elders and bishops? I can’t post all the verses but here is a list and it leads me to say these terms probably overlapped when pointing to leaders in the church. I think it can be said there are functional terms, age-descriptions terms, and it is not easy to distinguish them. Certainty is not in reach.
