From The Second Testament (forthcoming) Yēsous tells a story about an imprudent rich man 13 Someone from the crowd said to him, “Teacher, tell my brother to part the inheritance with me.” 14 He said to him, “Human, who appointed me as judge or part-er over you?” 15 He said to them, “See and guard yourself from all wanting more and more, because one’s life isn’t in the overflow of one’s possessions.”
