2 Corinthians 4:6-17
6 Therefore, being confident always and knowing that being at home in the body we are out-of-home from the Lord. 7 For we walk around by allegiance, not by appearance. 8 Moreover, we are confident and we are delighted even more to be out-of-home from the body and in-home with the Lord. 9 Therefore also we love the honor, whether being in-home or out-of-home, of being judged exceptional. 10 For it’s necessary for all of us to be apparent before Christos’s Bēma [judgment seat] so each may obtain what was practiced through the body, whether good or foul.

11 Therefore, knowing awe before the Lord, we persuade humans. We have become apparent before God. I also hope to become apparent before your moral faculties. 12 We are not again affirming ourselves to you but giving you an opportunity for boasting about us so you may have something against ones boasting in face but not in heart. 13 For if we lost our mind—for God; if we are sensible—for you! 14 For Christos-love absorbs us, judging this: that one died for all, therefore all died, 15 and he died for all so one living might no longer live for themselves but for the one who died and was raised for them. 16 So that, from now on, we know no person consistent with Flesh. Even if we have known Christos consistent with Flesh, but we now no longer know [him like that]. 17 So if someone is in Christos—new creation. The ancient matters pass away. Look! New matters have come.
I love your translation for how it takes passages that are so familiar and renders them strange again, making me think about them again.
