PS - Beautiful cover art on the book, by the way!

Thanks for this post, Kat! Thrilled to have a fellow U2 fan writing on Scot’s substack!

My takeaways:

- Jesus is best

- U2/Bono are next best

- Scot is next next best (for sharing his platform with you and U2/Bono)

In all seriousness, U2’s music and Bono’s lyrics have been foundational (see what I did there?) to my worship of Jesus in so many ways. From the early strains of 40 or I Will Follow to more recent songs like Grace, Vertigo, or Magnificent, I’m repeatedly drawn to lift my eyes up to the same Rock they look to. As Bono has said in interviews through the years, it’s there if you’re look for it.

Thanks again!

I join the agree on U2, and I really like what you’re doing with all these studies. They are not just studies of the text, they appear to be what I really like: a journey that is an adventure in the land, sea, and air of scripture, except they are not just land to cover, but discoveries of faith and life and.. along the way! Thank you!
