I know Jimmy Carter was a controversial president for many reasons. Although I didn't agree with decisions he made while in office, I admire his post presidential heart for others, his work with Habitat For Humanity, his fervor for peace. His son said of him that he loved sincerely. In those ways he was a role model for me.
